hi all, i just bought a '93 EV westy and have a few westy related questions i hope someone more familiar can answer:
- there are 2 black brackets on the exterior of each side of the pop-top. what are they for?
- is there a release or some such thing, other than the handle below the rear seat, to allow the rear bench to convert to a bed? having owned a westy of every generation, i'm embarrassed to ask this...
- there are some rips in the stock pop-top cloth and i'm considering replacing it. any advice on the quality and fit of the various replacements available? any advice on replacing it?
so happy to have another westy after a 4 year absence!
