Hi
maybe a stupid question...
does somebody know if 36hp and late 25 intake manifold are compatible ?

No, they have different size end castings where they meet the head. There is a version of the 25 hp manifold that looks just like a 36hp manifold but it has had the E ground off so the part number is 111 129 701.
The 36 hp is 11 129 701E.
