Does anyone know the o-ring sizes for the idle stack and mixture screws on Dellorto DRLAs?
CB Performance sells them, but has a $20 minimum order. I only need three idle stack o-rings and one mixture screw o-ring, which amounts to $2.00. So, I thought I would try to find them locally, but I need to know the sizes.

I went through this many years ago.
Get 4 each of size 004 through 008 inclusive. Then get two of size 009.
This gets you enough o-rings to do one pair of carbs. But don't be a fool and buy just one set, get several sets. The o-ring store practically gives them away for free.
In case you don't have the chart, all o-rings are 1/16" C.S.
004 5/64" ID
005 3/32"
006 1/8"
007 5/32"
008 3/16"
009 7/32"
You can really be a hero to the guy at the o-ring store if you show up with 6 little ziplock bags, labeled for him.
Nitrile is good enough. You don't need any of the fancy expensive materials. |
