I ordered some parts from them last Friday, got them today, 7 days later. Everything was in order. Its worth pointing out that they take 2-3 days just to ship the order, but worth the wait. I saved $50 on a set of extended controls arms that I was gonna order from MooreParts.com
CIP1 has my vote! |

| Just one last mention from me. It certainly does appear Kris and company got the shipping issue worked out. Ordered some stuff last Thursday and got it on Tuesday. That was the fastest ever. |

I haven't had such a good experience with them,
After a yr of dealing with Kris, I have given up.
The part that arrived was damaged and incorrect, so they sent another at there cost, as you would.
AGAIN the wrong part incorrectly labelled again.
They say" that its not there fault" there supplier has no more and they have tried to get the part from another distributor......................
Like I said, I've given up and now sold the car.
I don't have anything nice to say about these people. |

There shipping seems slow. I ordered some door hinge pins on the 20th of Nov... called yesterday... apparantly "super sucker saver UPS ground service" is 6- 9 days and for some reason the computer showed it did not get sent until the 27th? ( a full week after my phone order/confirmed in stock) and I am told not to expect them until Dec 3rd.
I have had faster transactions with them and a couple like this... SLOW... |

Im an international buyer who bought parts from cip.com several times.
Shipping is fast just 2-4 days to Sweden and the customer service staff are great to deal with if there's a problem with something. |

| I returned my 180 mm clutch and pressure plate because it was in a box marked 200mm...but was 180mm. I had to eat the shipping. Not happy. |

| I'll chip in that I've been dealing with CIP for 7 years now, and have had around 30 orders from them. Most recent was an order for a set of 4 cross drilled brake rotors, and that's the only one I've had any problems with. All my other order came early with no problems. The brake rotors came early and all looked fine until Iunwrapped then and found one of them wasn't cross drilled. So I called them up and they said no problem; they sent a ups truck to my house the next day to take the rotor back, and I had the proper rotor the next week. |

I haven't recieved my order yet, but I would just like to note that it is nice to have somebody on the other line that actually seems like they care. They had some great customer service going on. I just had a nightmare with BFY and placed the new order with these guys. much better experience.
thanks! |

| I have ordered from that place couple of times but what i have problem with this place is that there is a limited budget like you got to buy 25 dollars worth. It's stupid and the shipping is so slow unless you choose another one but to me it cost more. Right now i hardly order parts there. |

buyer beware.
if something goes wrong,YOU will be holding the bag.
i bought a flat4 roof rack and had some issues
its powder coated and is forming rust and the wood slats are warping.
several emails between two people there and still nothing.
almost a month from the last email.
also told them i would take a store credit for this thing.
i am very disapointed with them, because i have used them for the last three years for eveything!
and the one time i get something bogus they do nothing.
so they are great as long as nothing goes wrong or its something small like wheel bearings.
a shame to because my 69 is done and im starting a new project this month.
just need a new vendor.
if they do me right(doubtful)i will retract.
if someone can help me out on posting pictures! |

just sent another email on this roofrack.
still no responce.
guess they dont care about their customers.
also sent them pictures of my new project, this thing needs a pan up restore.
how much money could be spent on a full restore?
and i will tell everyone i meet to beware,it will be my life calling.
and as i build this bug i will send them picture updates and a cost update on what i spent that they did not get. |

| I ordered a bunch of brake parts, so I took the free shipping option. They arrived about a week later. Not bad for free shipping. |

I made an order on Tuesday, realized I forgot some stuff and went back to make a second order. I set both orders up for pickup, as the CDN warehouse is just an hour and a half away from me and I wanted to be sure I had the parts for the weekend...
Well, the next day this happened on the only direct highway to the city:
Called CiP up, they moved both my orders from pickup to shipping. UPS is taking the 10 hour long way around the mountains, and I'll have my parts tomorrow. Should have had them today, but UPS delayed them.
I'm pretty happy about the service. Third order and I've got no complaints.

| I've placed at least thirty orders with them. Thats about a quarter of my Volkswagen parts orders. Zero problems so far. Based on other's experience, along with my own, I will continue to shop with them. |

| I have spent a ton of money with them and have not had one screw up over the years I have used them. BUT, I tried ordering something small, just some screws for my pop outs and a couple of other small things. I could not get them because my order did not add up to $25. WW does not do this, neither does any of my Jeep places I order from. I think that's BS. They have lost a customer. |
