What are the pros and cons of removing the heater boxes....I live in Arizona, so i have no need for a heater in my fastback.
If I remove the heater boxes, what would I need to fill in the holes where the heaterboxes screwed in? |

Can you use J-Tubes? Just in case you don't know, J-Tubes attach to the same points as your heater boxes but don't have the heating element. I don't know if J-Tubes are the same for type 1 and type 3. Why do you want to take them off?

Hey - even in Phoenix it can get down to 35-40F in the early morning hours in winter, and colder than that in the higher elevations. Just because it was 110 today in the shade, just remember that, especially if you do go up north/northeast AZ.
So leave them, or do what bugguy1967 stated. |
