Being an Az car, it wouldn't need to pass emissions seeing as it's a 1960. So I may be a bit leary as to what the "emissions issues" are. That could be anything from a simple carb/timing adjust to needing a complete rebuild. To me, thats a bit high priced for the work it needs, but thats just my opinion. Check out Phoenix or Tucson, maybe even San Diego area, much better selection.

Damn good price if this was closer to MI. We have a lot of high dollar junk here in the rust belt. Car like that goes for about $2500+. If I had the funds and it was closer I would maybe jump on it.
