OK, I have the knowledge, I can rebuild it...just need to be pointed in the right direction. I too have the "no park" wipers and based on this article -

I now know what I need to do. However, for those that have already solved this mystery, where do I physically go to find the #31 wire and see if it is connected properly? Just trying to save some tracing time... |

What year is your car?
Once you know that, just look up the wiring diagram in theSamba's technical section. |

| 31 is a ground. It's on the switch. From the switch to the motor via 31b. |
