I have a 71 Bus and need to know if the front doors from a 72 will fit? Or do I need to look for 68 to 71 doors.

Except for minor variations in the door panels and latch the doors are the same from 1968-76 and from 1977-79. The door hinges where changed in 1977 and for all practical purposes the earlier and later versions are not interchangeable. Good luck.

I was trying to buy a door from this guy one time and he was concerned that I was gonna bring it back the next week, just because it was a different color than that of my bus. I just laughed and said..."come on, its a bus!"

yes, it will fit perfectly

The door hinges changed part way through 76. The door handles changed in 1969.

Thanks for the info, I picked up two front doors from a 72 fit good.
