[-o< I'm praying for some help. Ya see, I'm in the UK right now. I'm coming home and bringing my newly resto'd 78 Bus home with me. Here's the problem. It's a 2.0L F.I. (people shudder over here when I say that). I guess FI was not a big thing in the UK but it worked well up until the time me and a mate rebuilt the motor. Now it barely runs (new mechs in the motor, problem is the FI needs tuning). Here's the request, does anybody out there know a really kick ass Type 4 motor/Fuel Injection expert in the Baltimore MD area or within 100mi radius? It comes off the boat in early October. Thanks to everybody..... JasoninUK

The FI is fairly simple so you don't actually need an "expert" to diagnose and fix it. Once it's here in the states you should be able to find a good shop in the Baltimore area that can work on it. If you are mechanically inclined at all this forum can walk you through most problems. Good luck with your bus.

I live in Baltimore and I just got my new engine in my bus installed by Waynes Vw Audi Service center. They are the best around. He has done all my work for me for years and I have never had bad work done.
