Anyone have a full-width Z-bed that they are looking to sell or would be willing to part with? I live in the L.A. area, but if you're willing to ship, I'm willing to pay. Thanks.

Have you looked at salvage yards? I pulled one out of a 75 Westy at a Pick n Pull for $40.00, took some time to get it out but I got the orange plaid and all. You are talking about the bench seat that turns into a bed right? I've only had my bus for a year.

No, I haven't looked at any salvage yards yet. Where is the salvage yard located that you went to? And yes, I am talking about the back seat that folds down into a bed. Thanks.

There are two salvage yards that I haunt in the south LA area. They are Pick Your Part on Blinn Ave in Wilmington and AutoEcology, which is either in Lomita or Wilmington... I'm not sure... it's at the East end of Lomita BLVD. Bring tools and modest expectations... you just have to get lucky at these places.

Entry fees are a buck or two and there is an age limit... no children allowed.

Both of those outlets are sort of like franchises. There are Pick Your Parts and AutoEcologies at other SoCal locations. Do a GoogleSearch and see what you can find near to you.
