| I have a 73 vw squareback and it has high back seats but I want to put in low backs and am wondering if I am going to need different seat tracks as well? |

| If you strip the upholstery off your seat backs there is an extra top bar welded onto a low back frame. You can cut the top bars off and reupholster them as low backs. 8) |

| Thanks Mike. I will look into that. Will I then have trouble reupholstering them if i wanted to just get a kit? |

| Not if you use plenty of new foam padding. You can shave it down to fit your new seat covers with an electric bread knife. |
