Hey everyone. I've got a set of "gas burner" Mahle alloys off a 914, that I'm thinking of putting on my bus. Who sells the corect adapter to mount them. Thanks, -K-

So here I am again responding to my own post in hopes of generating some interest. Oh, screw it, I didn't really want to use those rims anyway. Later, -K-

You could look into getting a set of stock drums filled in and drilled for the gas burners. Jeremy

You will probably have clearance problems running adapters in the rear. Try CB Performance for drums and discs drilled with the correct bolt pattern.

Thanks for the responses. I wondered about the rear wheel well clearance. I think I'll end up sticking with the stock rims for now. Later, -K-

I wouldn't run adaptors. Too dodgey.

Yea, that really is a good point. Not to mention, I have always kind of catagorized wheel adaptors right up there with "rattle can" chrome. Kind of conjures up images of a four door Swinger jacked up with air-shocks and slots out back. Ahh,.. the good old days. Now its "fast and furious" Hondas and such with body kits and wings on the trunk lid. :?
