I hate to tall you this buddy, but a 2110 aint gonna last 50,000 miles in a type 3 config. the fan on the end instead of the fan on the top just dosent cool the back 2 cylinders well enough. those big ass cylinders just would warp in no time. you really shouldnt use anything bigger than 90.5's, and even that is pretty big to try and cool. I personally would not use a bigger cylinder than the machine in 88's. Make sure your engine builder knows a type 3, and that when you full flow it all the shrouding will still fit.

It may be smarter for you to add a type 4 motor. 2liter+ with no cooling problems. check out http://www.aircooledtechnology.com

Uh... a 2110cc engine consists of a 82mm crank and 90.5mm pistons. And 94mm piston actually use thicker walls than the 90.5`s.

Not trying to over step but...
If you want a 2 liter ..then have one built..
The thing about building bigger motors on a type 3 base is that you use the right parts and know what you are building the motor for.
You will hear all day long "you cant do that in a type 3 "
well ,you can.

My 2liter runs 92 cylinders runs cool and has 7k on it so far with no problems...

IMHO
