It was nice to see so many air cooled VW's in the Phoenix area in one spot. At one point, I heard over 300 were there.......and it sure felt like it.
As always, great to see old friends and meet new ones. |

| I have heard all sorts of speculations on what will happen with Firebird, the one most recently was that there just going to try and keep the NHRA drag racing stuff, but get rid of the boat racing, monster truck events, and all other events (like Bug O Rama) and i know that some driving school over in that area has rented some track over there for a class they have. so i dont see why they would close up shop. I do hope that they keep BOR though!! |
