| All of a sudden my car's not going into gear as easily as it used to. (compared to yest.) Reverse won't go in most of the time. The shifter is a EMPI short shifter, and I'm sure it's stock tranny 1968 Fastback. What can I do to fix the problem? |

| Check the shift linkage and clutch. Hopefully you find the problem is there. If not it's probably time for a tranny rebuild. If this is depressing look at the cost of a tranny for your car and that of a modern or prestige cars tranny. |
