Hey I am trying to replace my fly wheel seal but I can't get the fly wheel off. I tried with an 18in breaker bar and no go. Tonight I was going to try with an impact wrench but I will take suggestions.

Impact wrench was the only thing that worked for my rear wheel nut (which is the same size as the flywheel nut, I think). I had a breaker bar on the end of an 8 foot length of pipe and all I did was break the bar. Impact wrench took it off in 10 seconds.

The impact gun will take it off. If you do braek a 1/2" breaker bar replace it with a 3/4" and that won't happen again.

Thanks for your help. I was able to get it off with an impact wrench. Took some trying but it finally came off.

Make sure you use a torque wrench instead of the impact to put it back on.
