| I was just wondering if I had 15 inch wheels if it would be possible to fit size P225/70R15 tires (27.4" diamater) or even size P225/75R15 tires(28.3" diamater) on a 1977 bus. (what is the largest overall diameter tire that can be fitted into the wheel wells?) |

| Both of the sizes you mentionedare smaller than the size I said so I would have to say yes. You might loose some power up hills using larger tires. |

| Did you fit those tires without any modification to your bus? And if so, did they rub at all? |
