Hey guys.
I am wanting to convert a bug to a baja bug eye(I want to replicate those Japan lowered bajas) but it is a 1303, now it does state the bugeye/narrow eye kits are only for beam beetles, is there any way to get the to fit a 1303 if not are there any kits out there?

If theres a will(money) then there is a way.
I believe if you changed the bulk head and probably the front wells to a standard beam without the strut mounts then you could probably use the baja kit. Just a lot of cutting and welding. Probably be better off just buying a standard. But if you want to stick with the 1303 then open up the wallet. |
