A friend came to me and asked if I could help him find out more about the badges that he got a while back. He wonder when they were used and where they were placed on the car/inside the car, is this possible to tell from this image? Is it also possible to tell if they are real or fake aswell? Thanks in advance! Hi again, after reading around and looking in other threads for a while I think I can say that these are fake. Though I'm still curious to when they where used? IN2VWS Sat Dec 28, 2013 5:14 pm VW stopped giving the awards out in May 1961, so it will be highly unlikely that a 1961 VW would have been awarded a 100,000km badge or watch.
