Time for new running boards and am trying to decide if I should pick up a pair of correct Sand Beige running boards (which are not in stock anyways) or just go for the black.

Post up pics and help me decide?!

Here's a photo on samba...

Here are what my original San Beige look like now, they've darkened, split and flaked...

Black. What size tires are you running up front if you don't mind me asking?

I like the colored ones on a stock car, especially with the color coordinated wheels. I don't know if they look that good on anything that's customized.

No worries, they're 165 45 Federal Formoza tires. I get No rub, but I wish they tucked more into the fender wells. Ill probably go for 145 55's next round.

I'm kinda leaning your way. I like the look of the may black myself too.

Coloured rubber really adds to the look :)

I had '66, white with brick red interior, oatmeal carpet, and beige running boards, and loved it. The running boards just seemed to pull the interior and exterior together.

I think you should paint them pink with purple polka dots. lol j/k I would say black would look better, but then again so would some stainless boards
