Alright so I have done a bit of research on this topic and have not found what I am looking for really. I would really like to see pictures of square tubing as a substitute for heater channels! I am not worried about heat or value of the vehicle, I just do not like the idea of mine being rusted out and am looking at this as a solution.

Help me out with any info/pictures guys??? :?: :?: :?:

I would imagine they would give you enough problems trying to make them fit well enough to justify the price of replacements.
Originally I had a baja but the whole heater channel thing scared me off. In hindsight, I now see what a silly mistake that was. At this point if that was the only thing I had to fix I woulda had a lot more driving under my belt and not so much building...
