I am looking for some help identifying this part so I can figure out how to price it (I am a bay bus guy and am not familiar with these parts). I probably should have put this in the parts/accessories forum but that particular forum sees so little traffic that this post has a better shot at getting a response.
I got this set of NOS seat recliners in an estate sale. The tags say it is part # zvw-504-069 and -070. It says it is for a '68 and up Type 1 VW 1300 and 1500. I searched Samba for the part # with no luck. I did find this photo in the forums which shows the bracket installed on a seat. The OP was looking for similar input back in 2008 and didn't get much.
It is designed to recline 90 degrees, so I am wondering if it was intended for the German market.... otherwise, the '68 and up headrest would prevent it from fully reclining. Maybe someone recognizes the seat style?
Here are photos of the literature and parts. Any input on rarity, intended installation vehicles or pricing would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I did finally find it (PDF text doesn't come up in search). These apparently recline all the way back if you have low-back buckets; otherwise reclines until it hits the rear seat.

The plot thickens. This set of Huls recliners is very similar to the set I have, but not identical (although this set is for a 1967 and earlier bug). It looks to me like the literature was created by the same company or directly copied. Does anyone know if Huls manufactured the ZVW part for VW?
