Hello Forum
Ok so here is what happened to me: I needed a windshield for my deluxe so I brought in the one that was not broken as a template to a glass company to get one cut....BAD MOVE!
1. The one they cut was too thick and cut so ugly it is useless.
2. THE WORST! They lost the windshield I gave them as the template and were basically saying 'oh well, it's gone and nothing we can do about it". I talked to them a bit more telling them they owe me one. So....
A. I am in the market for 2 new windshields. I remember someone here cut glass and etched the VW logo in there. Anyone with that info?
OR:
B: Should I just get some safaris? I haven't seen any that get good reviews.

Yeah they totally do so I am trying to find one, buy it and have them reimburse me for it. Actually I need 2. What a F'd up experience. |
