| I would think that pretty much anyplace that sells a long block would also sell a short block - Just aske the supplier of your choice. |

| Buying a short block is a recipe for problems. After you complete the engine, if there's a problem the seller could blame you. |

I know the VW place up north of me said they used to sell short blocks but stopped doing that after customers messed things up and blamed them, I guess it's a two way street.
It's also just not a good idea from the "blue printing" perspective. |
