I know, it probably isn't as durable as the traditional black, and it is probably not even cores t vintage for my 66, but does any DIY know where I can pick some up? I saw it once in an old issue of hot vws, and always liked the look.

That was called 'Hawaiian Style' for some reason. Not sure who might still have it, maybe Empi? |

Not worth it. My first bug had white window rubber when I bought it, and it turned black and sticky and gross in short order. Bugs and leaves and pollen would get stuck in it. I am not sure why it got sticky, but the side with the most sun was the worst. |

I always wondered if you had to clean those with Westleys or something to keep them white. |

Ive seen that white rubber over the years get so yellowed, and dried out that I doubt that any cleaner will get it back to white. |
