This is what I have now and there are no instructions with the one I found in the glove box. I did find where they sold for $125 when they were available but they aren't being made/sold any more. So maybe you have one hooked up and you can post a picture of it? Any Help Please?

Works great, original flasher that came with it NEVER worked,(made in china junk), but I bought a new one at autozone and it's been working good for 3 years so far!!
