What is the best place to buy parts for a DOKA that will ship to USA? I need a rear right hand side door, preferably with door frame attached, maybe some treasure chest doors, and I'd like some slider windows. I've seen quite a bit of stuff on german ebay and some website, but wanted to know everyones opinions on what their favorite sellers were who were good to deal with and had no problem shipping to the US. Any ideas on what kind of shipping these things would be? Do they have to go through customs/ is that extra?
