| Went to open door the other day and the little piece your fingers go on that usually pop on handle didn't pop and door didn't open. Still opens and closes nicely from inside. What next? ...ohh and this a regular door, NOT a slider. thanks |

The good news (in case you haven't done this) is that the handle is dead simple to remove & replace. One screw hidden behind the rubber seal on the edge of the door does it all.
Removing that screw lets you pull the handle away (it is sort of hooked at the front).
Haven't looked but have to believe that used ones are plentiful and inexpensive so perhaps not worth trying to repair yours.

I *think* so -- I have only done that on the slider handle and it was simple enough. |
