| Hi! I can't find any deets on how to remove the pulley from the gen/alt. Just need a puller? I can't locate any set screw if there is one. Such a noob. I have removed the first half of the pulley and shims, it's the second half that I'm having trouble getting off. The first half I pulled off was really mangled and cracked. Would appreciate some help! Need to get this replaced asap. |

Use a gear puller; the front half is just pressed on a shaft and held in place by a woodruff key, so tight fit.
Some pry off using two big screwdrivers, working around. But be careful. |
