Hey everyone. I have a 1966 bus and am not sure if there should be a piece of sheet metal separating the back of the motor from the gas tank. Does anyone know? I have been to a few shops and there seems to be conflicting information. It is much appreciated. Thanks. |

the bay window buses have a piece of metal in front of the motor separating the engine compartment from the gas tank.
Split window buses don't.
Now you know which shops have experience with split buses ;) |
