I have a 68 transporter that I am rebuilding from a junk yard find. I am having to rebuild the electrical system as well. She is all hooked up with all new parts and connectors but with the 9 pin, I could not get the turn signals to even light up. I followed the Matt Roberds troubleshooting and replacement guide and installed a 3 prong generic flasher relay for brake lights and turn signals only. It has the X L P terminals as suggested, but all I can get out of it is very dim lights to each side respectively and no flashing action at all. The turn signal arm assembly is new as well as all 4 light assemblies and they are all grounded correctly. Quite frankly I am at a loss as to how to proceed from here. Any suggestions?? |

I did the 9 to 4 pin switch, its basically following the '69 diagram. Make sure it's hooked up to the dash lights.
