does anyone make a air or spring load carrying shock
for a 75 bay?

Perhaps some more detail, on what your problem is or what you are trying to accomplish with springs?

Worth reading IMO

Your butt should be lower than the front when unloaded. That is just the way it is. If you have excessive butt sag though, you need to rebush and reindex the rear torsion bars.

studs that hold the shocks in a VW bus are not engineered for load carrying shocks.

I haven't checked this in the Haynes, but the Bentley has a really good technical writeup. For a first-timer, the job can be made easier with more plain English descriptions and pictures.
