| Anyone else cringe every time they hear the word slammed? I think it sounds silly. It just reminds me of all the idiots in my generation. Im not hating on slammed rides, just the stupid term. Anyone agree? Maybe I've lost my mind |

Had a kid park his lowered mini truck in the back yard of his grandparents (my neighbor) because it broke down and he could not afford to fix it. Had a huge sticker on the back window ... "SLAMED" ... that we could see across the yard ceom our back window. It stayed there for a few months.
One day wife finally asks what does "slamed" mean and without hesitation I said "it means the kid won't be an English major in college." |
