Can ssomeone assist me in figuring out what I need to do to get shocks put back on the back? I'm new and not sure why the lower mount is spun backwards ? Dude I got this bug from said he took shocks off to get my extention for lift if this helps solve this |

From your photo, I cant see the lower shock mounting point to tell you if it's "spun backwards" Unless you're mistaking the rear sway bay mount as a shock mounting point.
The shock mounting point would be the lowest area of the end casting on the axle tube. |
