| i want to put a 63 ragtop clip into a 55 oval ,any problems with this conversion? |

Hey man, dont do it with a 63 clip because your car would normally take a 3 fold rag from a 55 and older car. Ive seen it done to 55's and it screams retard. :x
I know it sucks because the 3 fold rag clips are so expensive but theres nothing worse than a ribbed door oval with a 2 fold rag. |

yes in 1956 it began with the 2 fold rag. A 56 has square edged front bow and in 57 the bow has rounded edges.
If your car is a 55 with ribbed doors then it would have came with a 3 fold ragtop. :D |

You are absolutely right! #-o I worded that one wrong for sure. It is the rear edges that are square on a 56. my bad!
I still have it. Im not really pushing to sell it but I;ll trade it for some early fuchs |
