Guys i need help, when i tried to sync my dual weber 40 idfs on my 1776 engine, i notice that one mixture screw is fully closed or all d way in, and the reading on the snail is still high compared to other 3 throttles. Checked all vacuum leaks, none...
What should i check? Isnt it if the mixture screw is closed idle will be low....
Any recommendations? Thanks

The mixure screw just adjusts the fuel. Airflow you adjust with the throttle position and bypass screws.

Some models have the full open stop on the far side, and can end up with a twisted throttle shaft. Not the first thing to suspect but if all else seems correct, and it is like that, maybe.
