Had some probs with fuel pump relay, and fusebox highly rusted. Headlights and radio went in and out intermittently. Replaced fusebox with relay. Starts fine now, but headlights and radio--no power. Traced as many wires as poss, but not an electrician. Concerned about rusted/corroded wiring. It would be nice if it werent that bad--but with the corrosion on the fusebox, it does seem likely. We got the car from the coast, so it was at the beach all the time with the salt spray. any suggs would be helpful, but remember, I am not an electrician. Thanx for the quick reply!!

That is a common issue with the early cars, not just ones from the coasts. My only suggestions are a Bentley Manual, volt meter and patiance. |
