I got these headlights but what does they fit to?

Are there any markings on the underside?

These are not 356. The through-the-rim mounting is characteristic of the DKW/Auto Union 3=6 and 1000 from the late 1950s/early 1960s.

Those are very interesting.

Almost all "separate bulb/reflector/lens" systems like those (as opposed to the all-in-one sealed beam) have a pattern optimized for either left hand drive OR right hand drive.

Those look to be symmetric, with pattern compliance accomplished by repositioning a shield or curtain piece.

I've never seen that before, just the "black tape" on the lens used when a LHD car is temporarily driven in a RHD country, or vice versa.

Early Oval headlight assemblies with Marchal H4s ? Oddly, I just saw a pair of those headlight assemblies (with bulbs and fluted lenses) on a '50 beetle this morning. My final guess.
