Do they make new skins? If so go with the skin.

Kind of hard to see the damage. Remove the paint to see how bad it is underneath. What I can see looks repairable. Is the verticle flange edge damaged?

Hey John,
Thanks for your response! The verticle flange is messed up in the area where it looks out of line with the door. I had it down to metal in some areas(After cutting through way too much bondo) and found that the orig. try at repair is a mess so I figured it would be easier to replace the nose.
I need some advice on where I should begin cutting or should I undo where the flange is or cut in front of it .
Also, is there any replacement skin out there available?

A used section might be your best bet. I don't know of any reproduction noses for a Bus. It's been a long time since I worked on a Bus nose....I think the flange is probably folded over some inner structure and spot welded then perhaps leaded...not sure. Probably be more obvious once you get it to bare metal. Consider replacing only the damaged area instead of the whole nose, unless the whole thing is a mess.

Thanks again for the help.
Looks like I am going to keep a look out for a decent parts bus!
