This doesn't explain it very well to me (even when I read it slowly and out loud). Think of it as "hangover" from the plane at which the wheel bolts to the hub. Too much and you rub on something. Too little and you have meatless skinny tires on tiny little rims.
It is of prime interest to both Monster Truck guys and Lowriders of which I am neither. Not that there is anything wrong with that. :wink:
