Hello, I'm an Italian Syncro-fan, sorry for my english, i will try to write the best i can!
My illnes started in 2012 when had bought a 1989 T3 westfalia 2WD..

it's called California, an European version of the American T3 Full camper, it had the small but efficient 1.6 TD engine. I have traveled about 5.000km with the bus, sold and than i've bought my first volkswagen Syncro.. and it wasn't a T3 but the best Golf on the Earth.
A volkswagen golf country! 1.8 stock engine but with a wonderful style! I had really fun with this Golf, but sadly i've sold it.

than

i've bought this 1986 Westfalia Joker Syncro (like a T3 Full Camper Syncro) it has the small petrol engine 1.9, now i've put a 2.1 from another T3, in italy it's not so easy as in the USA to have for example a subaru engine on it. It has front and rear diff locks.

than i'had the chance to buy this 1991 Caravelle 16" (1 of 2138 and not imported as new in the US) from the finnish army, it has the 1.6 td engine, has 246.000km - 152.000miles on it and almost no rust, the finnish army has it from 1991 to 2014, and serviced every 2.500km - 1500 miles!!
- both diff locks
- heated driver seat
- webasto
- tow hitch

in early 2015 came this really nice 1986 Transporter 14" from an Italian Volounteer Fire Brigade. Only 38.000km - 24.000miles, in duty from 1986 to 2015, always keep in a dry garage, so as you can imagine with no sign of rust! it has
- 1.9 petrol engine
- both difflocks
- 9 seats
- painted from vw with ral 3000 (official italian firebrigade colour)

the last (but not least?!) is this 1989 Westfalia Joker Syncro 16", 1 of maybe 10 ever built, I've bought from the fist owner who as bought new in 1989 for 73.000 german mark. some work to do, but very very very rare!
- 2.1 petrol engine
- both difflocks
- some other features

my daily is this 2008 Volkswagen T5 Multivan 4motion 2.5 TDI 174HP
- rear difflock
- xenon
- navi
- 7 seats and read bed
- webasto
- 19" wheels
- tow hitch

Ups.. I own also a 1981 Golf GTI MK1

Hope you enjoy the pics!
