Okay...looks like I've spotted some more rust. Not a big deal because I still feel I got this car pretty cheap...even with the rust I've found.
There is rust in the spare tire well. It is located in the very middle on the bottom of that spare tire well. Is that a very difficult piece to cut/patch? It looks pretty simple...but I'm new to bugs, and I know looks can be deceiving. I'm going to be doing LOTS of scraping, sanding, and poking around on this car this weekend to uncover any other hidden "surprises".
I have to keep reminding myself that I don't expect to really drive this car until next year.
Just keep repeating, "this is a project...no...don't buy those $400 rims yet...fix that rust first you dummy!!!" |

| pretty simple repair, but a painfully difficult spot with the body on if you plan to replace or repair the whole thing. Hell buy the rims, drive and repair when not driving |
