Hi...After searching the forums, I cant find what must be a simple way, to remove the ash tray housing from my 1968 square back to install the corner wedge mount bud vase. I cant find a screw or pin holding it in place, is there an easy way to pop this out?
Thx in advance for the help.
Im new to the type 3's and appreciate all of the killer advice Ive been reading on the boards.

Yes, pull the ash tray unit out, then using a phillips screw driver remove the single screw at the very front of the ash tray holder (inside it). Then remove the holder and finally the strap at the front. |
