| is the frane head on a 74 super bolt on or does it need to be welded in? i was lookin under my car and it looks as if it is just bolts holding it in place....let me know. thanks a lot... |

| Pretty sure all frame heads are welded in place. I'd imagine it would be a pretty hairy ride if it were bolted in place and the bolts came loose! :shock: |

It welds in place. The after market ones don't match up exactly so you might have to make some adjustments.

It's a weld on. Those bolts hold the body to the pan. Get someone who knows what they are doing or your car will never align properly.
