lost a float bowl screw. it's 5 MM X something other than .8
not an Ace hardware item, and that's all we have in this itty bitty burg.
does anybody know what the thread pitch is on this thing? |

What Solex carb doesn't use a standard pitch M5 bolt???
...every Solex carb I have worked on has had all standard thread pitches on every carb fastener be it M3, M4, M5, or M6. If an M5-0.8 isn't doing it for you I suspect the threads are buggered up... |
