Does anyone here have experience buying a tranny from Stuff Transaxles at http://bugtrans.com ???
Can anyone recommend this company or another? |

| I just bought a complete swing-axle stocker with axles installed. Took a month or so, but they delivered to my doorstep. Cost with shipping and core was $750 from CA to CT. They went out of their way to paint the axle tubes a stock color. Can't tell you what a pleasure it was to just bolt the thing in and go. I wasn't looking forward to fitting up the axles onto the other tranny I had. Bentley manual makes it sound like it isn't a trivial task. I chose to substitute cash for time&headache, and don't regret it. Beats getting it wrong and tearing down again. |
