I am here to tell all NEVER order from Sewfine. I know there quality is supposed to be the best but you had better not be in a hurry for it. When I ordered it they said 3 weeks to ship, I talked to them two weeks in and they promised it out on the third week. It has now been almost four weeks and they said they havent even started cutting it. When I talked to them today they said that it MAY be done by the end of next week. Im sorry to pitch a bitch but this has been a really sucky experience that I needed to get off my chest.

That sucks. Was it something special like German Square Weave or just basic ghia carpet?

When I went shopping for mine I either heard really good or really bad things about Sewfine--nothing in between. Seems like the bad was mostly customer service stuff like yours. If it helps most folks seem happy with it once they get it. Good Luck.

Nothing super trick, just oatmeal loop. The thing that really pisses me off is I understand production hold ups, but they have given me three promise dates that have been broken. Now they say next week, we will see.

I ordered my oatmeal carpet from that jaayyy bugg place in Oceanside Ca. Oct. 2002. I got everything except the two front carpet pads don't have cut outs for the pedal assembly and the one on the passenger side do not have the cut outs for the seat rail. On the passenger side if I slide it forward to accomodate the seat rail, it looks crappy because it goes up too far.

I spent over a year talking to the owner and they keep promising me that they will cut and sew new ones for me. Their promise has been broken at least half a dozen times. As of today I have not gotten this resolved. I have been calling them every two months since. I have since given up on ever getting the correct floor mats.

The funny thing is the two pieces that you glue into the floor has these cut outs. All I'm asking is for two floor mat pieces to be cut the same. It's not like they don't have the pattern.

I just wanted to let yo know that Sewfine came through for me. After talking to them a couple of times today they are going to cut my carpet and get it to me tomorrow. While this still hasnt been the best experience I have ever had I think it is resolved now. Thanks Sewfine.
