I have 67 1600cc with 90.5 Pistons the block was machined to 94.7 mm so the present cylinders measure 96.99mm on head side and 94.43mm on block side. Called many people they say it is an old 1775 kit dose anyone know where I can get this kit

I thinks thats the thinwall ones, like the 88 machine in kit. many people say those dont work...they work fine for me. I doubt you will find any.possiably berg or ramond covey.

Bergs were still selling them as of last year. Did they just run out?

you will just have to get a set and swap the b pistons for A pistons.

How far oversize are your cylinders? maybe you don't need new ones

I think the easiest appropaches would be to either get Mahle machine-in 88s (downsizing to 1679cc) or boring the case and the heads to use modern-day 90,5s, staying as a 1775cc
