hello, anyone, or everette, know a easy way to change all my info in the samba concerning my change of email address? im not sure how it affects my profile and accounts. this is the first tme ive done this and its been a real hassle. i guess its worth it to finally have high speed which has only recently been available here.
does anyone have any other general tips for this changeover? my new isp went and set up two email accounts for me , my old one on outlook express and now a new ne also using outlook but through them. its a real pain. i thought i could reply to old emails in my inbox in the old account and they would get my new email address on that mail but it doesnt seem to be that way. any suggestions?? thanks rob.....now/ busracer@comcast.net

For the Forums/Gallery, click on Control Panel and you can change your email.

For the classifieds, use the "Manage" link in the Classifieds section to edit your ads and you can change it in each Edit form.

i did my ads easily enough although a little time consuming. but i just went to cahnge my profile info and its telling me my password does not match whats in the data base. i had a bout two weeks where everytime i wanted to get on the forums it had me enter my password. id do that and it wouldnt accept it. id then do the i forgot my password deal and it would send me a new one. the last one was given was a series of numbers and letters. my old one was a simple word. when i managed my ads it still took my old pass word. wierd. anyway i was unable to change my profile. id like to change my username as well as my old one was my email address. thanks for your help everette!

Yeah, the ads might take a while...

For the Forums, you should enter the password you just used to log into the forums with... Screw it, I updted it for you.

I can change your username too, what do you want it to be?

everette thanks, yeah i tried to use both passwords but nuthin'. if you, can change my user name to busracer that'd be terrific! you are da best! rob
