Hi all,

I've recently come to acquire this extra-special Wiking 1:87 Golf 6 model. It's a Media Launch model. They were only issued to the press invited to cover the launch.

I've not been able to find any other info' on the Media Launch models.

Can any of you perhaps shed some further light on these unique models, and if possible, hint at value for it, please?

A media model is a nice keepsake, and a great souvenir to those who attended the launch, but as to value, it's whatever someone wants to spend on a small, detailed model of a Golf 6 that was a giveaway premium.

The only thing different about it vs. the regular model that you would buy through VW Driver Gear is that sticker put across the top of the box.

Value of the sticker? Like Blue Baron said, what ever someone is willing o pay for it.
